La Crémerie Crue was born from a deeply personal journey of healing and transformation. Like many families, we faced unexpected health challenges that changed the way we approached food. Both my children and I struggled with dietary restrictions and sensitivities that left us feeling limited and frustrated. Foods we once loved were no longer options, and we were left asking a difficult question: What can we eat?

Determined to provide nourishing and delicious meals for my family, I began experimenting in the kitchen. I wanted to create foods that not only met our health needs but also brought joy back to our plates. Through this journey, I discovered the incredible versatility and richness of macadamia nuts, and La Crémerie Crue was born.
